We were able to pick an incredible single barrel of Rye whiskey from Redwood Empire out in California. We are the only single barrel of Redwood this year in Maryland.  Now I know what some of you are thinking, if it’s not from Kentucky and it isn’t Buffalo Trace is it worth it? Picking blind from 12 different single barrels our bar and management team all picked this barrel as the unanimous favorite. This whiskey is like the perfect blend of bourbon and rye. The rye spice comes through and is bright and peppery on the palate, but it is brought home with notes of orange creme brûlée, butterscotch, vanilla, and happiness. We only got a very small amount of these bottles and are only releasing 20 btls. When they are gone they are gone. These bottles are ready for immediate pickup.
